Theatre by Development is curating a reading festival of short plays for Philly Theater Week 2026!
We are actively seeking submissions of short plays that are in development. Your play doesn't have to be complete.
At least 8 pages and a rough outline is required to submit.
We are looking for a range and variety of pieces, as long as they are intended to be no longer than 20-30 minutes.
We are only looking for pieces that are new and have not been previously produced.
Selected pieces will presented as part of PHILLY THEATER WEEK!
